This tips will help you to have a productive life,and get things done faster and easier

- Have a Night Routine: Your night routine,determines how productive your day will be. There's a saying, your begins the night before. Simple night routines like getting a bath,reading or Journaling,getting off your phone,drinking a warm glass of tea or anything that works for you,will get you well rested and ready for the next day.

- Plan Your Day Ahead: plan your day the night before, by so doing,your brain is mentally getting tasks done. Not only does this helps in productivity, but also ward's off procrastination.

- Wake Up Early: waking up earlier than usual,gives you extra time on your hand to get things done without rushing and getting tired before the days task really begins.

- Meditate/Affirmations: Meditation helps clear your head,calms and relax your nerves. After waking up, leave your bed or go to the sitting room,block all noise and enjoy the peace and quite. Affirmations is one of my favorite things to do,it boosts your confidence and self-esteem level.

- Exercise: You don't have to go to the gym or run round the globe to accomplish this. But I'd that works for you,Goodluck. Simple stretches,60 seconds workout or just skipping a couple of hundreds can do the magic. Not a workout person,welcome to the club yoga is the best alternative and believe me it works exclusively well.

- Clean Up: Not only yourself,but also your environment. A clean and healthy environment,makes work easier and faster.

- Eat Well: Breakfast is very essential to the body. Not a breakfast person? Take a cup of tea,or a glass of smoothie or a plate of your favorite fruits.

- Get Ready, and Stay Focused: Working from home,or going to the office,clean your work area,get all you have to do for the day ready and handy so you won't keep making small trips to go get item A or B.

- Rest: You deserve it. Have a rest time in between your work. This will boost your productivity level as you won't feel tired and unmotivated.
